Flash Sale Items with No-Return Policy

Product(s) sold at a special or significantly reduced price, including Marked Down Products, Flash Sales, Seasonal Sales, Special Offers, Today Deals, Open Box items, Daily Deals, or any other discounted Product(s), are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Free-size or Multi-color Product(s) cannot be claimed for a specific size or color. Product(s) listed on the Site as multi-color, free-size, assorted color, assorted design, etc. are subject to availability, and the exact color, design, or size cannot be guaranteed.

Return & Replacement Policy

To request a Return or Replacement, please first check whether the purchased Product(s) are covered under the applicable Warranty Policy.

If the Product(s) are covered under warranty, a Return or Replacement may be requested subject to the following conditions:

Customers may claim a Return or Replacement if the Product(s) arrive damaged or are not functional, provided the issue is reported within 3 days of receiving the Product(s).
If a customer simply does not like or does not want the Product(s), a replacement only may be offered with another Product of the same or greater value, subject to availability. Delivery charges will apply.
Marked Down Products, Flash Sale items, Seasonal Sale items, Special Offer items, Open Box items, and other discounted Products are not eligible for return or replacement due to change of mind.
Shipping charges and payment processing charges are non-refundable.

Replacement Procedure

A. Approved Replacement

If the Product(s) are found to be faulty, damaged, or non-functional in accordance with this policy, the Replacement process will be initiated.

B. Not Approved

If the Product(s) are found to be functional and the claim is made because the Product(s) do not meet the customer's expectations, a replacement may still be requested, subject to availability.

In such cases, a pickup charge of AED 20, along with applicable delivery charges for the replacement Product(s), will apply.

Delivery Policy

Souqgadgets.com may offer Free Delivery across major areas of the UAE during promotional campaigns and special offers.

Outside promotional periods, delivery charges may apply depending on the Product(s), delivery location, order size, and applicable delivery service.

Note: Shipping charges, delivery charges, and VAT charges are non-refundable, where applicable.
